Normally, the word ‘inevitable’ only means something that could not be avoided by human efforts. However, this word acquired a separate meaning with the arrival of the role-playing game of Dungeons and Dragons. In this game, inevitables were presented as magical constructs from extraplanar sources. The main character of the inevitable, the marut, made its first appearance in the first edition of the Manual of the Planes, published in 1987. The second and third versions of marut were brought out through the publication of Monstrous Compendium Outer Planes Appendix in 1991 and Planescape Monstrous Compendium Appendix in 1994.
Apart from marut, other inevitable extraplanar constructs such as zelekhut, kolyarut, quarut, varakhut, and waster crawler were also brought out in later editions such as the Manual of the Planes in 2001, Fiend Folio in 2003, and Sandstorm in 2005. However, some of the other characters that are classified in the inevitable category had become highly popular among children. The kids love to have these characters downloaded and printed free, so that they could color them to their individual liking and preference.
Some of the inevitable characters that are available as free coloring page downloads are Asterix, Arthur, Harry Potter, Daffy duck, Lilo & Stitch, Oui Oui, The smurfs, Sonic, Tweety, Tiny Toon, Yu gi oh, Dingo, Donald, Three little pigs, Nemo, Diddl alphabet, Dora alphabet, Tom and Jerry, and Pink Panther. All these characters had been downloaded and printed by parents thousands of times to encourage their children in improving their creative abilities. Children remain active in a healthy way and use their complete imaginative talents in coloring these pages. It is our duty to present the kids with the characters of the above and similar other inevitable characters loved by them and give them the opportunity to color them as a great entertainment activity.
